Our guarantee is unconditional, so you can send the item back whether you have worn it or not. We will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange it for another product. We do not refund the original postage & packaging charge but if you just want us to exchange the item then you do not pay any postage for the replacement item.
Returns for exchange or refund
You need to complete the returns note with details of the items you are returning. If you no longer have this then a brief note giving us your name, address, postcode and email will be sufficient. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can better understand what our customers want and make any necessary improvements to our products.
Returning an item is at your own cost. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
You don't need to contact us to tell us you have returned the parcel.
