Shipping & Delivery
We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased items quickly. We aim to ship all items within 48 hours after receiving your cleared payment.
Assuming that everything you want is in stock then it normally takes up to 5 working days for the delivery to reach you as long as your address is in the UK. All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any delays.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not entirely happy with the quality of our items, you can send them back to us within 90 days of purchase. Our guarantee is unconditional, so you can send the item back whether you have worn it or not. We will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange it for another product. We do not refund the original postage & packaging charge but if you just want us to exchange the item then you do not pay any postage for the replacement item.
We have tried to make this as easy as possible. There are lots of ways to search for what you want. If you have a Charles Wilson product code this can be entered in the "Search" box at the top of the page and then click "Search". If you would rather browse instead, you can search by range using the menu across the top of the screen. You can also search by size, colour, design or style. When you find a product that you would like to buy, select your size if applicable and click "Add to Basket". You can view your basket at any time by clicking on "My Basket" at the top right of the screen. Your basket will show all the items you have chosen, quantity and the price.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments via PayPal and credit or debit cards only at this moment in time. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and promotions listed on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, from time to time especially during peak periods there maybe a slight delay in this continuous process.
Stock & Availability
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stock, we can only be sure once the order has been sent to the warehouse. Normally we are able to supply stock for orders and very rarely have a problem. If there is any problem with stock, customer services will be in touch within 48 hours.
Updating Account Information
When you create an account on the Charles Wilson website, you need to provide an email address and a password so that you can access your account again in the future. Your address and payment details will be required when you make a purchase and go through the checkout process. To update any information you will need to login to your account, using the email address and password you originally used.
