How to measure yourself

Collar

Measure around the fullest part of your neck using a tape measure and add about half an inch.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades.

Sleeve

Measure from the middle of your back to your shoulders along your shoulder to just before the wrist bone.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest point of your waist, the tape should be where the waistband of your trouser sits.

Inside leg

Measure from your crotch down the inside leg, to where you want your trouser to rest on your shoe.
